Arc welding
Paths, torch orientation, parameters and seam tracking on body-in-white structures and sub-assemblies.
Industrial automation and robotics · Barcelona
We commission, program and optimise robotic cells and lines. On site at the customer's plant, in any country.
01Services
Programming and start-up of new cells and lines at the customer's plant, through to handover to production.
Paths, reach, interference and cycle times validated before arriving at the plant.
New part variants, tooling changes and cycle-time reduction on lines already in production.
On-site or remote technical assistance to resolve stoppages, weld defects and adjustments.
Signals, communications, sequences and safety between robots, PLCs and cell peripherals.
02Process
Review of layout, scope, robot and PLC brands, and installation timeline.
Simulation of paths, reach and cycle time before arriving at the plant.
Programming, spot and seam tuning, and line testing on site.
Support until target cycle time and weld quality are reached.
Follow-up assistance, modifications and new part variants.
03Specialty
The quality of a seam or a spot depends as much on the program as on the process. We know both.
Paths, torch orientation, parameters and seam tracking on body-in-white structures and sub-assemblies.
Spot welding with servo and pneumatic guns: spot programs, equalisation and quality control.
High-density laser welding lines, where path accuracy is critical.
04Technology
We program to whatever standard each customer requires, so their maintenance team can follow the program the day after handover.
05Projects
For confidentiality, projects are shown without the customer's name.

06Where we work
We travel to wherever the line is. We have worked at plants in 15 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
07How we work
We work on site during commissioning and production ramp-up, in Spain or abroad.
We work to whichever programming standard each customer and plant requires, with clean, documented programs.
A good part is the goal, not just a moving robot. We care about the process as much as the path.
Customers deal directly with the people who program, with no intermediaries between the two teams.
Planning, follow-up and clear progress reporting through to handover.
08Team
RobJoint Technologies was founded in 2024 by two programmers with more than 30 years of combined experience on automotive lines.
Robot programming
More than 25 years programming robots on welding and handling lines.
PLC programming and project management
6 years in PLC programming, robot-PLC integration and project coordination.
With the robot and PLC brand, welding type, plant location and timeline, we prepare a proposal.
09Careers
Profiles with experience in robot or PLC programming, welding or line commissioning, and willing to travel.
CVs can be sent to
admin@robjoint.com
stating the brands worked with and availability.
10Contact
To prepare a proposal, it helps to know the robot or PLC brand, the type of work and where the plant is. We reply with a proposal or with the questions needed to prepare one.
